Contract & Intake
Harbor gathers the transaction information and available documents and begins reviewing the file.
Due Diligence & Title
Harbor coordinates applicable title-search and due-diligence requirements and tracks outstanding items.
Closing Preparation
Closing documents, outstanding requirements, and transaction details are coordinated, including Central Bank required clearance as applicable.
Signing & Funding
Harbor coordinates applicable signing requirements, documentation, and funds.
Filing & Registration
Required documents are lodged and Harbor tracks the filing process with the appropriate Belize authorities.
Payouts and Wiring
All applicable funds will be verified and distributed to sellers, agents and government agencies.
Ownership Support
